That Changes is a Melbourne-based artist duo of Kostas Veligos and Spiros Antoniades. Influenced by new wave and garage bands from the 80's, post rock bands of more recent times, fused together with Anatolian sounds, expect to be mesmerised by the hypnotic sounds of That Changes.
