Yasin Leflef [Yaah-sin Lef-lef] is an Australian born singer-songwriter & producer with Turkish roots. He blends sounds of neo-soul, jazz and r&b, drawing influence from D’angelo, Jordan Rakei and 30/70.
Yasin Leflef started out playing shows and busking on Bourke St as a street performer with a sonic palette geared towards roots & folk. In 2016, he was hand picked as a semifinalist at the Bluesfest Busking Competition before stepping out of his comfort zone to build a home studio and explore his love for groove based music. Leflef spent two years cultivating his new sound while helping other artists with co-writing and production.
