Synthotronica is the electronic alter-ego of producer and multi-instrumentalist Ania Reynolds. Drawing on
her many years’ experience as a soundtrack composer, her original music is dynamic, dramatic and
cinematic. National and international performances include Tollwood Winter Festival Munich, Karnidale
Circus Festival, The Melbourne Planetarium, Club Geral, Honk! and the Cantagalo Favela in Rio de Janeiro.
Working with an ever-expanding collection of synthesisers, electronic instruments and found sounds,
Synthotronica creates music that traverses many genres, combining lush soundscapes with driving beats,
kooky synths and live baritone sax to produce an original sound that is evocative and richly melodic.
